Chicken and Cabbage Stir-fry

Ingredients (Serves 1)

Chicken Breast200 g
Cabbage200 g
Carrot100 g
Onion50 g
Garlic10 g
Olive Oil15 ml
Soy Sauce15 ml
Rice80 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, slice chicken breast into thin strips. Shred the cabbage, julienne the carrots, finely chop the onion, and mince the garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Add onion, carrots, and garlic to the same pan. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened. Add the shredded cabbage and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.

Step 4: Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine. Serve the stir-fry immediately with the cooked rice.
