Chicken and Cabbage Skillet with Potatoes

- Carrot50 g

- Potato180 g

Instructions

Wash and peel the potato, then dice it into 1-inch cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and slice the carrot into thin rounds. Shred the cabbage. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
