Cabbage200 g
Potato180 g
Onion50 g
Carrot50 g

Paprika2 g
Caraway Seed1 g
Salt2 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

Wash and peel the potato, then dice it into 1-inch cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and slice the carrot into thin rounds. Shred the cabbage. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add diced potato, onion, and carrot to the skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables start to soften.

Add shredded cabbage and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir in paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and black pepper. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until cabbage is tender-crisp and potatoes are cooked through.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
