canned black beans, drained and rinsed100 g
cooked rice100 g
bell pepper, sliced100 g
onion, sliced50 g
cumin2 g
chili powder2 g
olive oil14 ml
salt1 g
black pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add sliced bell pepper and onion and cook for 7-10 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized.

Add the diced cooked chicken, drained black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pan.

Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until everything is heated through and well combined.
