Chicken and Asparagus Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

- Spinach75 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Sesame Oil7.5 ml
- Olive Oil5 ml
- Asparagus100 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
- Ginger5 g
Instructions

Step 1: Cook brown rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, slice chicken breast into thin strips. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and cut into 2-inch pieces. Mince the ginger and garlic.
