- Beef broth (low sodium)50 ml
- Canned crushed tomatoes150 g
- Onion, chopped50 g
- Garlic, minced5 g
- Balsamic vinegar15 ml
- Olive oil15 ml
- Salt1.5 g
- Black pepper0.5 g
- Mushrooms (e.g., cremini), sliced150 g
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped5 g
