Carrot80 g
Parsnip70 g
Celeriac70 g
Onion50 g
Garlic2 cloves
Olive Oil10 ml
Beef Broth70 ml
Dried Thyme0.5 tsp
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Peel and dice carrot, parsnip, and celeriac into small, uniform pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3: Add chopped onion, garlic, carrots, parsnips, and celeriac to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: Pour in beef broth, add dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve hot.
