- Corn Tortillas2 g
- Black Beans100 g
- Lettuce50 g
- Salsa50 ml
- Lime1 g
- Cumin2 g
- Chili Powder2 g
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly brush corn tortillas with 5 ml oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy (12 minutes). Set aside.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic (4 minutes). Dice the tomatoes and shred the lettuce (4 minutes).

Heat the remaining 5 ml oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned (5 minutes).

Drain excess fat if necessary. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook for 3 minutes until softened (3 minutes).
