Baked Trout with Roasted Root Vegetables

- Garlic5 g
- Olive oil20 ml
- Lemon wedge, for serving1 g

- Trout fillet, skin on200 g
- Kohlrabi200 g
- Fresh thyme3 g
- Fresh parsley, for garnish5 g
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Peel and chop carrots and kohlrabi into bite-sized pieces (approx. 2-3 cm). Thinly slice the onion and garlic.

Toss the chopped vegetables, onion, and garlic with 15 ml olive oil, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper on a baking tray.
