- Potato200 g
- Green Beans150 g

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and dice potatoes into 1-2 cm cubes. Toss with 2/3 of the olive oil, salt, and black pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and lightly browned.

While potatoes roast, pat cod fillets dry. Mince garlic. Chop fresh dill.

In a small bowl, combine remaining olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice (from half a lemon), chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
