Chicken Breast (skinless, boneless)150 g
Broccoli Florets150 g
Sweet Potato150 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch
Garlic Powder0.5 tsp

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6).

Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized cubes and chop the broccoli florets.

In a bowl, toss the sweet potato and broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on a baking tray.

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and place it on the same tray or a separate one.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 74°C) and the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
