Instructions

Drain and rinse the white beans. Roughly chop the fresh parsley and dill. Mince the garlic. Slice the cucumber into sticks.

In a small food processor or using a fork, mash the white beans with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and dill. Season with salt and black pepper.
