Wild Garlic and Skuta Omelette

- Wild Garlic30 g
- Olive Oil5 ml
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Egg50 g
- Egg White66 g
- Skuta50 g
Instructions

Rinse the wild garlic and chop it finely. If using spinach, chop it as well.

In a bowl, whisk the whole egg and egg whites with salt and pepper until light and frothy. Stir in the chopped wild garlic and Skuta (cottage cheese).

Heat the olive oil in a small non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges are set and the bottom is golden. Cover the pan with a lid for the last 1-2 minutes to allow the top to cook through without flipping.
