White beans75 g
Tahini5 g
Olive oil5 g
Lemon juice7.5 ml
Garlic2.5 g
Water10 ml
Salt0.5 g
Pepper0.2 g
Carrots50 g
Kohlrabi50 g

Instructions

Drain and rinse the white beans. Peel the garlic. (2 minutes)

Cut the carrots and kohlrabi into sticks. (3 minutes)

In a food processor or with an immersion blender, combine the white beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, water, salt, and pepper. (2 minutes)

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little more water if needed to reach desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning. (2 minutes)

Serve the dip with the vegetable sticks. (1 minute)
