White Beans150 g
Tahini15 g
Lemon Juice15 ml
Garlic3 g
Parsley10 g
Dill10 g
Water20 ml
Salt0.5 g
Pepper0.2 g
Carrots70 g
Celery70 g

Instructions

Rinse and drain the cooked white beans (1 minute).

Roughly chop the fresh parsley and dill (1 minute).

Peel and roughly chop the garlic (1 minute).

Combine the drained white beans, tahini, lemon juice, chopped garlic, chopped herbs, water, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender.

Process until smooth and creamy, adding a little more water if needed to reach desired consistency (2 minutes).

Wash and cut the carrots and celery into sticks.

Serve the dip with the vegetable sticks.
