- Firm Tofu200 g
- Fish Sauce5 ml
- Lemongrass15 g
- Cooking Oil2 g
- Chili5 g
- Soy Sauce5 ml
- Sugar3 g
Instructions

Step 1: Press firm tofu to remove excess water, then cut into 1.5 cm cubes. Finely mince lemongrass (tender part only) and chili.

Step 2: In a bowl, combine minced lemongrass, chili, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and cooking oil. Add tofu cubes and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 5 minutes.

Step 3: Thread tofu cubes onto small bamboo skewers. If using a grill pan, preheat to medium-high. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly charred. Alternatively, pan-fry in a lightly oiled pan.
