Ingredients
- Firm Tofu100 g
- Fish Sauce5 ml
- Garlic1 clove
- Olive Oil5 ml
- Cabbage50 g
- Peanuts15 g
- Lime0.3 unit
- Fresh Basil5 g
Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces. Roughly chop the peanuts.

Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add crumbled tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned and heated through.
