Coconut Milk20 ml
Cooking Oil5 ml

Instructions

Peel and grate the sweet potato thinly.

In a bowl, combine grated sweet potato, rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk. Mix well until a thick batter forms.

Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Drop spoonfuls of the sweet potato mixture into the hot oil, flattening slightly to form fritters.

Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
