Rice Paper2 sheets
Peanut Butter12 g
Banana40 g
Honey5 g

Instructions

Step 1: Slice the banana into thin rounds.

Step 2: Dampen one rice paper sheet briefly in warm water until pliable (about 10-15 seconds). Lay it flat on a clean surface.

Step 3: Spread half of the peanut butter evenly over the bottom third of the rice paper. Arrange half of the banana slices over the peanut butter.

Step 4: Drizzle with half of the honey. Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly from the bottom to the top to form a compact roll.

Step 5: Repeat with the second rice paper sheet and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
