Cucumber100 g
Mint5 g
Fish Sauce5 ml
Lime5 ml
Chili Flake2 g
Peanut5 g

Instructions

If not pre-cooked, quickly boil or grill chicken breast until cooked through, then shred finely. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.

Roughly chop the fresh mint leaves. Crush peanuts lightly.

In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes to create a light dressing.
