Rice Flour20 g
Coconut Cream20 ml
Erythritol5 g
Vanilla Extract2 ml

Instructions

Peel and mash the banana thoroughly in a bowl until smooth.

Add rice flour, coconut cream, erythritol, and vanilla extract to the mashed banana. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.

Lightly grease a small heatproof ramekin or a small microwave-safe bowl.

Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin. Cover loosely with plastic wrap or a plate.

Steam in a microwave steamer for 3-5 minutes on high, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Alternatively, steam over boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

Let cool slightly before serving. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
