Firm Tofu380 g
Onion30 g
Garlic5 g
Turmeric Powder2 g
Fish Sauce20 ml
Soy Sauce10 ml
Cooking Oil7 ml
Green Onion10 g
Cilantro5 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

Press tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Slice the green onion and chop the cilantro.

Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add crumbled tofu and turmeric powder to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tofu is slightly browned.

Stir in fish sauce and soy sauce. Cook for another 1 minute.

Remove from heat and stir in sliced green onion, chopped cilantro, and black pepper. Serve immediately.
