- Fish Sauce20 ml
- Onion30 g
- Garlic5 g
- Green Onion10 g
- Cooking Oil7 ml
- Black Pepper1 g
- Turmeric Powder2 g
- Soy Sauce10 ml
- Cilantro5 g
Instructions

Press tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Slice the green onion and chop the cilantro.

Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
