Fresh Ginger9.5 g
Spring Onion9.5 g
Fish Sauce14 ml
White Pepper0.5 g
Water250 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Finely mince the ground pork and chop the ginger and spring onion.

Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine the cooked jasmine rice, water/broth, and chopped ginger. Bring to a simmer.

Step 3: Add the minced pork to the simmering porridge, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.

Step 4: Stir in the fish sauce and white pepper. Ladle into a bowl and garnish with fresh spring onion before serving.
