Glutinous Rice70 g
Lean Ground Chicken50 g
Dried Shiitake Mushroom5 g
Shallot10 g
Garlic5 g
Soy Sauce5 ml
Fish Sauce5 ml
Cooking Oil3 ml
Green Onion5 g

Instructions

If not pre-cooked, cook glutinous rice according to package directions. Rehydrate dried shiitake mushrooms in hot water for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

Mince shallot and garlic. Slice green onion.

Heat cooking oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced shallot and garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add lean ground chicken and sliced shiitake mushrooms. Cook, breaking up the chicken, until browned (about 3-4 minutes).

Stir in soy sauce and fish sauce. Cook for 1 minute.

Serve the cooked glutinous rice in a bowl, top with the chicken and mushroom mixture. Garnish with sliced green onion.
