Rice Paper3 sheets
Egg1 large
Dried Shredded Pork15 g
Scallion10 g
Cooking Oil5 ml
Chili Sauce5 ml

Instructions

Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk lightly. Chop the scallions finely.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Lightly brush the pan with a tiny bit of cooking oil.

Place one sheet of rice paper in the pan. Immediately drizzle a portion of the whisked egg over the rice paper, spreading it thinly.

Sprinkle with a portion of the dried shredded pork and chopped scallions.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the rice paper is crispy and the egg is set. Drizzle with a little chili sauce if desired. Remove from pan and repeat for remaining rice paper sheets.
