- Split Mung Bean30 g
- Sugar5 g
- Water80 ml
- Pandan Leaf1 piece

Rinse the split mung beans thoroughly under cold water.

In a small saucepan, combine the rinsed mung beans, water, and pandan leaf (if using). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until mung beans are tender and have absorbed most of the water.

Remove the pandan leaf. Stir in the coconut milk and sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly.
