Instructions

Cook sticky rice according to package directions (or use pre-cooked sticky rice).

In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.

Stir the warm coconut milk mixture into the cooked sticky rice until fully absorbed.

Peel and slice the mango. Serve small portions of the coconut sticky rice with fresh mango slices on top.
