- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Corn150 g
- Scallion10 g

Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Husk the corn and remove any silk.

Finely chop the scallions. In a small heatproof bowl, combine the chopped scallions with the cooking oil. Heat briefly in the microwave or over a very low flame until the scallions are fragrant (about 30 seconds).
