- Fish Sauce5 ml
- Rice Vinegar10 ml
- Cucumber50 g
- Garlic2 g
- Cooking Oil2 ml
- Rice Vinegar10 ml
- Lime Juice5 ml
- Sugar2 g
Instructions

Slice chicken breast into thin strips or small cubes. Mince garlic.

In a bowl, combine chicken with 3ml fish sauce, 2ml lime juice, 1g sugar, minced garlic, and 2ml cooking oil. Marinate for 5 minutes.

Thread chicken onto small skewers.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly charred.

While chicken grills, thinly slice cucumber. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining 2ml fish sauce, 3ml lime juice, 1g sugar, rice vinegar, and 10ml water. Add cucumber slices and let quick pickle.
