Cooking Oil15 ml
Chili Garlic Sauce10 g
Fish Sauce5 ml
Sugar5 g
Water15 ml

Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized cubes or triangles.

Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Carefully add the tofu to the hot oil and fry for 3-5 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

While the tofu fries, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine chili garlic sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Remove the fried tofu from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve the crispy tofu immediately with the spicy dipping sauce on the side.
