- Lettuce30 g

- Hoisin Sauce15 g

Step 1: Prepare the vegetables: thinly slice the carrot and cucumber into matchsticks. Wash and tear lettuce leaves into smaller pieces. Pick mint and basil leaves.

Step 2: For the dipping sauce, combine hoisin sauce, peanut butter, the juice of half a lime, and 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Step 3: Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Quickly dip one rice paper sheet into the water until pliable (about 15-20 seconds). Lay it flat on a clean surface.
