Lime10 ml

Instructions

Thinly slice or julienne the radishes and carrots. For best crispness, you can soak them in ice water for 5 minutes, then drain well.

If the dried beef jerky is in large pieces, shred or cut it into smaller, bite-sized strips.

Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and minced chili until sugar dissolves.
