Butter Lettuce50 g
Mint5 g
Cilantro5 g
Carrot30 g
Peanut25 g
Fish Sauce5 ml
Lime Juice10 ml
Water5 ml
Sugar5 g

Instructions

Wash and separate butter lettuce leaves into cups. Finely shred the carrot.

Roughly chop fresh mint and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, water, and sugar until sugar dissolves. Mince a tiny bit of garlic and chili if desired for extra kick.

Chop the roasted peanuts.

To assemble, place shredded carrot, mint, and cilantro into lettuce cups. Drizzle with the dressing.
