Cherry150 g
Mint5 g
Lime15 ml
Honey8 g
Chili1 g

Instructions

Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them. Wash and pit the cherries, then halve them.

Roughly chop the fresh mint leaves.

In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, honey, and finely minced chili to create the dressing.

In a medium bowl, gently combine the sliced strawberries, halved cherries, and chopped mint.

Pour the lime-chili dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
