Rice Vermicelli30 g
Chicken Broth200 ml
Fish Sauce10 ml
Lime Juice5 ml
Cooking Oil10 ml
Green Onion1 stalk
Cilantro5 g
Bean Sprouts20 g

Instructions

Bring chicken broth to a boil in a small pot. Season with fish sauce and a squeeze of lime juice.

While broth heats, cook rice vermicelli according to package directions (typically 2-3 minutes in hot water), then drain and set aside.

Slice white fish fillet into thin pieces. Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and quickly pan-fry fish pieces for 1-2 minutes per side until cooked through.
