Cilantro5 g
Mint5 g
Fish Sauce15 ml
Cooking Oil3 ml

Instructions

Finely chop the spring onion, cilantro, and mint. Dice the tomato into small pieces.

Peel and devein the shrimp, then chop into small pieces.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with fish sauce and a pinch of black pepper.

Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until pink.

Add the diced tomato and cook for another 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
