Cucumber100 g
Egg1.5 large
Fish Sauce10 ml
Lime Juice5 ml
Chili2 g

Instructions

If not pre-boiled, boil eggs for 7-8 minutes for hard-boiled, then cool and peel.

Slice cucumber into thick rounds or sticks. Halve the hard-boiled eggs.

In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, and finely chopped chili (if using) to create the dipping sauce.

Arrange cucumber slices and egg halves on a plate. Serve with the dipping sauce on the side.
