- Cucumber100 g

- Lime Juice5 ml

Instructions

If not pre-boiled, boil eggs for 7-8 minutes for hard-boiled, then cool and peel.

Slice cucumber into thick rounds or sticks. Halve the hard-boiled eggs.

In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, and finely chopped chili (if using) to create the dipping sauce.
