Instructions

In a small bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, light coconut milk, water, and honey. Whisk well to ensure no clumps form.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight, until the pudding has thickened.

Before serving, halve the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp.
