Lime Juice10 ml
Fish Sauce5 ml
Garlic5 g
Chili Flakes1 g
Cooking Oil5 ml
Bamboo Skewers2 count

Instructions

Peel and devein shrimp. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, and chili flakes to create a marinade.

Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 5 minutes.

Thread shrimp onto bamboo skewers.

Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Place skewers in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Alternatively, grill if preferred.
