Lime0.5 unit
Sugar5 g
Water15 ml
Chili5 g
Mint5 g
Cilantro5 g

Instructions

To prepare the Nuoc Cham dipping sauce: In a small bowl, combine the fish sauce, juice from half a lime, sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Finely mince the chili and add it to the Nuoc Cham. Adjust to your preferred spice level.
