Celery80 g
Bell Pepper50 g
Chickpeas100 g
Tahini15 g
Lemon15 ml
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil5 ml
Cumin2 g
Salt2 g

Instructions

Wash and cut the carrots, celery, and bell pepper into sticks (5 minutes).

Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas. Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt to a food processor or blender (3 minutes).

Blend until smooth, adding a tablespoon of water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Serve the vegetable sticks with the hummus.
