- Oregano3 g

- Turkey230 g
- Egg50 g
- Passata200 ml
- Basil5 g
- Zucchini300 g
Instructions

Finely chop 100 grams of onion and 10 grams of garlic, about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine 230 grams of ground turkey, 50 grams of egg, 20 grams of flour, half of the chopped onion and garlic, half of the chopped basil and oregano, 1 gram of salt, and 0.5 grams of pepper. Mix gently to combine for 8 minutes.

Roll the mixture into meatballs, approximately 5 minutes.

Heat 10 milliliters of olive oil in a pot or deep pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
