- Lemon Juice1 tbsp
- Maple Syrup15 ml
- Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp
- Mixed Berries75 g
- Pumpkin Seeds10 g

Step 1: Drain and press the firm tofu to remove excess water. Crumble it into a food processor.
