Smoked paprika1 g
Fresh rosemary2 g

Instructions

Preheat oven to 160°C. Finely chop the fresh rosemary (4g). (3 minutes)

In a small bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds (60g) with olive oil (5ml), smoked paprika (2g), chopped rosemary (4g), and salt (1g) until evenly coated. (2 minutes)

Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant. (10 minutes)
