- Rice Paper Wrappers2 sheets
- Greek Yogurt50 g
- Peanut Butter15 g
- Mixed Berries100 g
- Soy Sauce3 ml
- Lime Juice5 ml
- Honey3 g
- Curry Powder1 g
- Water10 ml

Gently wash and pat dry the mixed berries (1 minute).

In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, curry powder, and water until smooth for the dipping sauce (2 minutes).

Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper in the water for 15-20 seconds until pliable. Lay it flat on a clean surface.

Arrange half of the Greek yogurt and half of the mixed berries in a line near one edge of the wrapper. Fold the sides over and roll tightly, like a burrito (2 minutes per roll, total 4 minutes). Repeat for the second roll.
