- Sweet Potato120 g
- Sesame Seeds1.5 tsp
Instructions

Wash the sweet potato thoroughly. Pierce it several times with a fork.

Microwave the sweet potato on high for 5-7 minutes, or until very tender when pierced. Alternatively, steam it until tender (about 10-15 minutes).

While the sweet potato cooks, lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden. Be careful not to burn them.
