Instructions

If using frozen edamame, rinse them under cold water. (1 minute)

Fill a pot with about 2-3 cm of water and bring to a boil. Place a steamer basket in the pot. (3 minutes)

Add the edamame to the steamer basket. Cover the pot and steam for 5-8 minutes, or until tender-crisp. (8 minutes)

Carefully remove the steamer basket. Transfer the edamame to a bowl. (1 minute)

Sprinkle with sea salt and toss to coat. Serve warm. (1 minute)
