Steak and Egg Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

- onion, chopped25 g
- bell pepper, chopped25 g
- garlic, minced5 g
- bell pepper, chopped25 g
- olive oil6 ml
- salt1 g
- black pepper1 g
- raw steak110 g
- egg, whole, raw70 g
Instructions

Thinly slice the raw steak against the grain.

Heat 3 ml of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the steak strips and season with half of the salt and pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining 3 ml of olive oil to the pan. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the other side. Cook the egg to your desired doneness (e.g., sunny-side up, over easy). Season the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.
