Ingredients (Serves 1)

raw steak155 g
egg, whole, raw100 g
bell pepper, sliced105 g
onion, sliced50 g
garlic, minced5 g
olive oil13 ml
salt1 g
black pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Thinly slice the raw steak against the grain.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add steak strips and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.

Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the same pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Return the cooked steak to the pan.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper.

Pour the whisked eggs over the steak and vegetables.

Scramble the mixture, stirring gently, until the eggs are cooked through but still moist.
