Shelled edamame (frozen)75 g
Almonds20 g
Olive oil4 ml
Soy sauce (dairy-free)5 ml
Gochujang5 g
Garlic (minced)3 g
Fresh ginger (grated)3 g

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Add the frozen shelled edamame and almonds to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.

Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the edamame is slightly browned and the almonds are toasted.

Let cool slightly before serving.
