shelled edamame (frozen)250 g
soy sauce (dairy-free)15 ml
sesame oil3 ml
fresh ginger (grated)5 g
garlic (minced)5 g
black pepper1 to taste
salt1 optional

Instructions

Cook the frozen shelled edamame according to package directions (usually boiling or steaming). Drain well.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and black pepper.

In a medium bowl, toss the warm, drained edamame with the sauce until evenly coated.

Taste and add salt if desired (soy sauce is salty, so this may not be needed). Serve warm or at room temperature.
